Children's Water Festival - May 10th @ Fanshawe Conservation Area The Children's Water Festival is a fun and educational event for students in grades 2 through 5 to learn about the importance of water in their daily lives.Maintaining the quality and quantity of groundwater and surface water is vital for the future development of our communities and for the health and enjoyment of the residents. Educating youth about water and the environment is the perfect way to start doing this.The Festival will be held rain or shine! Please come prepared with appropriate clothing, footwear and sunscreen if necessary. Students should pack litter-less, nut-free lunches, and water bottles which they will carry with them throughout the day. We would love to have parent volunteers join who have a valid vulnerable sector check with the school.
